Masks

We are now operating with masks optional! If you would like to request your stylist to be masked for your appointment, please let us know in the notes for your appointment or contact us. Thank you for your continued support!

Cancellation Policy, Sickness and Health Checks

All online appointments require a credit card in order to secure your spot. 

We request that all cancellations and appointment reschedules be done with more than 24 hours notice to ensure our calendars are as up to date as possible! All appointments over 30 minutes (excluding those requiring a deposit) cancelled within 24 hours will be charged a 25% fee. We will waive this fee under certain circumstances (illness, transit issues, etc) however no-shows will be charged the full amount.

As safety is our highest priority, clients with symptoms of sickness of any kind will not be permitted to enter the salon and will need their service rescheduled. Appointments that are rescheduled at our discretion will not be subject to a fee.

Deposit Policy

When booking for a colour/texture service, we may require a deposit of $100 that will secure your spot and go towards your service. New clients who have not visited the salon will be required to leave a deposit, as well as clients who have not visited within 3 months. All bookings may be subject to a deposit at our discretion (typically due to timing).

If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or missed, the deposit is forfeited. A new consultation must be made and a new deposit must be paid for future appointments.

Check-in and During Your Appointment

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time.

Please come alone if you’re able. We have limited seating for guests and we want to ensure that everyone is comfortable.

When you enter, please feel free to seat yourself if the receptionist is not there to greet you. A member of the staff will be by to check you in!
